This 1:1 mentoring container supports you in leveraging the vast potential of this deep transformation. It helps you to consciously move into the process of becoming a mother with clear intentions, feeling empowered, deeply connected to yourself and your baby. A safe place to BE and FEEL during this beautiful and unique, yet vulnerable time of your life.

6 x 90- Minute Personalised Sessions: online (or in-person if applicable) over a period of three, tailored to your individual situation and needs
Customised Practices: Tailored meditations, visualisations and/or affirmations designed to support your journey
Ongoing Support: Check-ins in between sessions

Emotional processing: Addressing fear, blocks or past experiences to allow for the outcome you are yearning for
What can you expect:
5-6 in-person antenatal visits to foster connection, define your preferences and intentions, prepare a birth plan and work through your unique needs
Tools and practices: Meditations, visualisation, affirmations, journaling prompts and more tailored to you
On call support from 38 weeks until whenever the baby arrives
Communication: Ongoing support via phone, text, or email
Presence during Birth: Remaining with you from when you need support until after the baby is born
Partner Support: Supporting your birth partner by gently guiding them on how to best support you
Postnatal Visits: Typically 2-3 visits in the weeks following the birth to debrief and provide ongoing support.
